When you go through a break up, divorce or even move to a new city. It’s a huge adjustment. You now have all this free time. Here are some tips to help overcome the loneliness.
Even if you don’t interact with anyone, just leaving your home going to a coffee shop, taking a book to read and being surrounded by people can be helpful (plus who doesn’t like a good book and coffee?)

Working out not only feels good, but you can also join a workout class to feel less alone.
Check out online if there are any groups in your community. They have groups on learning a new language, or during my local rodeo they have a ton of different committees you can join.
